Document what all queries used to obtain usage analytics from analytics-db

vlabs-analytics-service is built on top of analytics-db (i.e elasticsearch database service). To obtain usage analytics (top 'n' labs, top 'n' institutes....etc) and their metrics certain queries to be feed to analytics-db.

This issue captures efforts required to document what all queries used to obtain usage analytics
