Document what all service/script hooks required post installation of vlabs-analytics-service

vlabs-analytics-service is API interface to analytics-db (i.e elasticsearch) since user, feedbacck and usage analytics of vlabs has to be accommodate at single place (i.e elasticseach) set of scripts/service is to be provisioned at various servers (i.e openedx server, stats server, outreach portal , feedback protal ...etc)

This issue captures efforts required to document all these steps
