Feature request: set default PSP for SATP

Similar to esxcli command: esxcli storage nmp satp set --default-psp=VMW_PSP_RR --satp=VMW_SATP_SVC

Hi @myoung808, thanks for your feature request, we can add it to our roadmap. Can you provide additional details about your use-case? For example if you want this to be a separate DSC Resource or if we should extend the existing VMHostSatpClaimRule DSC Resource.

@SimeonGerginov Thanks for the reply. I think this would be best as a separate resource. My understanding is the default PSP is used when there isn't a specific matching claim rule.
