All host in Holodeck purple screen #118

I had been away for a few days and just noticed my environment was not available. I looking every host has crashed with a PSOD. Anyone else seen this?

Do the physical hosts on which Holodeck is deployed have memory tiering enabled? |

So, I think this has something to do with the storage. I could not restart one of the embedded hosts "Error: "Failed to extend swap file from 0 KB to #### KB" when attempting to power on a virtual machine". I did move it to another LUNs and it booted. These were running on an NVME disk, but not enabled for memory tiering. However, due to the configuration of this HP server, it does not support NVME disk natively in the drive slots. I had the NVME drive on an expansion card in one of the PCIe slots. |
