Issue with installing vboxapi in Python 3.13 #9

Description

@thisishaz

I've run the python vboxapisetup.py install on the powershell (with both user and administrator) and the final error comes across as:
ERROR: Testing VirtualBox Python bindings failed: cannot import name 'VirtualBoxManager' from 'vboxapi' (unknown location)

I've rechecked the process and concluded that the potential issue stems from this error:
error: could not create 'C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\PythonSoftwareFoundation.Python.3.13_3.13.752.0_x64__qbz5n2kfra8p0\Lib\site-packages\vboxapi': Access is denied

Is there any potential fix to this? WindowsApps is such a pain of a folder to deal with cus Microsoft is very stingy when it comes to modifying their specific files.
