@cooperpellaton can you add the steps for setting up the server? I will add the steps for importing and compiling the Android application.

@vontell I will try to post a setup script when I have some time in the current weeks. That said, there are venvs in the repo. Other than that you need Ubuntu 16.04 (anything else and you're on your own) and OpenCV for Python 3.5.
