Add parameter to manage installation of 'screen'

Some of us install it as part of our site baseline or in common.yaml (ahem. me.)

We should provide the option to flip off the installation of screen to prevent duplicate declaration issues.

Better yet! Let's use supervisord or something to manage Minecraft.
