On session start, check memory/neovim-audit.md. If last audit was >3
months ago, mention it once: "Plugin audit is overdue — run /audit when
you have a moment." Don't block on it.
When any config file changes, the corresponding docs must be updated.
For single-file edits, update inline. For bulk changes, suggest /doc-sync.
setup.sh must be idempotent — running it twice should produce the same
result. Every install/link step should check first and skip if already done.
