Imported Shippo orders do not see their tracking column updated. #169

Describe the bug
When importing an existing shippo order into our system, the shipment dashboard's "Tracking" column never displays a status. However, if I click on the "Track Shipment" button inside the order, it takes me to the appropriate tracking page.

To Reproduce
Import a shippo order with its associated tracking information just as you normally would. Then, look at the Tracking column.

Expected behavior
The Tracking column should display the appropriate status of the package.
