Describe the bug
When a shippo order is imported, the FreeGenes order it becomes attached to has my username listed in the User/Institution field, rather than the username originally attached to the FreeGenes order. There's also no way to manually change the order's associated username from within the Django admin portal.
To Reproduce
Create a dummy freegenes order in Django admin. Attach a shippo order to it from the freegenes page, then look at the User/Institution field in the Shipments dashboard.
Expected behavior
Minimally, a way to change the user/institution associated with an order. Ideally, importing a shippo order would leave the original institution intact on the freegenes order as well.
