The last three or four requests to come in have had a copy of the OMTA master agreement submitted in place of an implementing letter. Obviously, people are getting confused by the text we have in the checkout page and submitting the wrong documents.
Describe the solution you'd like
Update the text/checkout flow to force people to sign the master, then sign and upload the appropriate implementing letter.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Constantly hounding people via email to send the right documents. I really hate this alternative.
