Currently, if I want to notify a user of an issue with their order, I have to dig through the Django admin portal hoping to find an email or a phone number. Sometimes, I can't find either.
Describe the solution you'd like
An option to email a user if there are problems, or to request more information. Particularly if I'm rejecting a request, I'd like a place to explain why.
