Invalid "Ship to" address or phone number in the label generation page triggers a server error

Describe the bug
Putting in a completely fake address and a phone number without an area code when generating a shipment label triggers a server error.

To Reproduce
Put in a completely invalid address into the "ship to" fields, like 123 Sesame Street, State of Mind USA, and a phone number like 666-6969. Then, try to generate a label. The bug may also occur for fake addresses in the "ship from" fields, but I haven't tested.

Expected behavior
If the address or phone number is invalid, I should receive a warning from the software telling me so.
