Visual paper color choices

Create visual color blocks that correspond to paper color choices for drop down menu. Need to have a list of available colors with English, HEX, RGB & CYMK values -- eg: Light Sky Blue - http://www.color-hex.com/color/87cefa

Could you please provide a list of paper colors, knowing that they'll vary occasionally, I'll implement this feature using a config option to make changing available colors fairly simple. Just need a starting point and from there we can modify over time.

Buff is not a legal color value per https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_converter.asp
