In the qoc page there is a kpi creation page. We need to update the page so that we can first select the pillar then create and assign kpi's. Things to do: - [ ] Create a new branch called create-pillar-kpi. - [ ] On load show a list of pillars instead of kpi's already created. - [ ] Make create kpi button under a pillar or make it drop down and select a pillar first.
