In which cases do we actually need to code it, what is the dividing line?

"Misrepresentation" is where as a part of a Social action where the actor lies about their identity, misrepresenting who they are.

The fact that they pretended to be a named someone (like the CEO, CFO in BEC cases) or a specific group with privileges (I'm from law enforcement, I'm from your IT support / help desk) has to be a part of the Social action.
