Add "CID" as definition for XREF

Currently, [[CID]] Doesn't autoreference in ReSpec, but it could/should.

Joe: not sure which class it should be

Manu: I vaguely remember using CID and it working, totally agree with Joe that this should work, maybe it is CID 1.0, ways to do aliases, need someone who can work with XREF to work with it

Joe: part of confusion, I meant to refer to term controlled indentifier, not specification

Hm. In my mind CID abbreviates Controlled Identifier, just as DID abbreviates Decentralized Identifier. CIDDmakes much more sense to me as alias forControlled Identifier Document(and this probably leads back toDIDDforDecentralized Identifier Document`)...
