Allow to output messages as HTML

The CSS Spec Preprocessor allows to output any messages visually in HTML, which makes it easy for people to see what has to be fixed.

It would be fantastic if the Spec Generator did the same thing. This might be an option for the output, though I guess it makes sense to just default to the visual output when using the UI. The JSON output is rather for people using the API.
