Procivis One Core is 404

The latest test run reports the following error:

Issuer: Procivis One Core failed to issue "credential-ok.json". HTTPError: Request failed with status code 404 Not Found: POST https://canivc.core.dev.procivis-one.com/vc-api/credentials/issue

@Exulansis / @EugeniuRusu I'd like to keep Procivis on the list of implementers here. Do you have any updates from your side?

Also, I found that Procivis has implemented VC Barcodes (and presumably/relatedly CBOR-LD). Those should both be getting test suites in the next year or so, and it'd be great to get your input on those and have Procivis added there as an early implementer.
