i run svaba with:
svaba run -t BAM/SRR7890893.bam -n SRR7890943.bam -G $refFasta -p 24 -D Homo_sapiens_assembly38.known_indels.vcf.gz -a SVABA/SRR7890893 > svaba_SRR7890893.log 2> svaba_SRR7890893.log

and it failed with:

what's going on ?
