The setup guide is in the README.md file, where the python packages used are listed.
You can copy that into a empty txt file as the requirements.txt.

openai

tqdm

Or just pip install SPARQLWrapper openai re tqdm. As the version of the packages, the latest version will do just fine. Let me know if you run into any further issues.
