A step-by-step guide for CCA-F candidates who currently use the desktop app and want to switch to the terminal CLI (where hooks, skills, subagents, and MCP — the things the exam actually tests — live). Covers two paths: (A) pure terminal, (B) Google Antigravity IDE with the CLI in its integrated terminal. Includes: - Install instructions (native installer + Homebrew; npm is deprecated) - Desktop-app-to-terminal habit translation table - 8-command slash reference - Common gotchas (PATH issues, image pasting, context management) - 1-week gentle onboarding plan All URLs verified 2026-04-05 against live sources.
Replaces product-name-heavy phrasing with neutral alternatives throughout. Keeps file paths (.claude/, CLAUDE.md) and CLI commands (claude, claude --version) unchanged since those are the actual tool names users type.
