Preview shows @Deleted User for all mentions

Bug description

When posting a discussion or comment, mentioning a user and then clicking the Preview button in the editor results in the mention rendering as @Deleted User instead of the actual user mention. I would expect to see a link to the mentioned user's profile.

Steps to reproduce

• Visit any discussion or create new discussion
• Mention a user in a comment or discussion draft
• Click Preview
• See @Deleted User
