Content is lost when refreshing post

### Bug description

When creating a new post, the content is lost if you refresh the page. I'd expect it to be saved on local storage, or alternatively, as a draft.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new post
2. Write something
3. Refresh page
4. Content is cleared
