Moving a package to the webpack-contrib group

I wasn't sure where to place this message so I decided to try this repo.

I am the maintainer of external-svg-sprite-loader. I created this loader / plugin while working at my current job but I will soon be leaving and I will be taking this loader / plugin with me. That means it will be moved from my employer group to my personal group. However, I was wondering if it would make sense to move it to the webpack-contrib group instead. I assume that by moving it here there would be more people willing or available to maintain it. Am I correct to assume this?

Is this something you would want? If yes, would I then still be the main maintainer of the project?
