Webpack Multi Loader

The Webpack Multi Loader project has been archived (so can't post issue there) and marked as deprecated but there is no info on alternatives, so what should we use to use multiple loaders on webpack 5?

@alexander-akait Unless I misunderstand you or the doc, I don't think this would work, what the multi-loader does is making parallel loaders, while use chains the loaders, so use -> one file, output of which is passed through each loader, multi -> multiple times the same file passed through different loaders

This is very useful when needing to generate multiple versions of the same file (eg: webp) but without actually loading it directly

Use case:
File loader -> loads file.png
Webp loader -> convert png and outputs to file.webp but doesn't alter file.png which should still be the final output of the loader

I guess a workaround would be to add the option to emit a new file instead of changing the output in the webp loader, but then that's kind reinventing the wheel of multi loader for each project that previously needed it
