Improving Readiness markers rendering for various view ports #18
Description
The Readiness markers is visible throughout the site, but blocks the view when we are reading the site from a mobile device.
Objectives
- Improve to show the readiness markers in a less obtrusive way for various browsers and viewports
- Ensure it displays well, without the current "flickering" issue when we scroll with Google Chrome/WebKit
