[FEATURE] Add compression and rebound metrics to summary section

When I do a run I want to know how my rebound and compression is acting

💡 Describe the solution you'd like

Currently compression adn rebound are just 0, possibly seperate out into high/ low and medium speed compressions and rebounds

✅ Acceptance Criteria

This feature will be considered complete when:

• The user gains valuable feedback
• It gives generic guidence like, 'suspension is moving too quick at the end of the travel, increase compresison
