Auto-Updates in Background without Google Account

I have enabled all the settings to automatically update apps with aurora store in background - but nothing happens. When i open the app aurora is creating a new session. Then i go to updates and have to check for updates manually. Most apps install automatically without requiring manual confirmation. battery optimization is disabled.

I think the problem is that i don't use a google account. Is it still possible to update the apps in background?

I use a pixel 8 pro with graphen os.
