 This is a small Dashboard artifact, credential, and session-guard release on the 2.0 TypeScript runtime.
 Generated plots and reports can appear in the right pane without a manual open. Same-URL credentials are chosen automatically so chat is not blocked before send. Empty-body diagnostics stay in the UI, not the next model prompt. A one-line tool promise with no tool call is retried once with a new gateway session binding. Permission mode ids are unchanged.
