 This is a small Responses-search and Dashboard layout release on the 2.0 TypeScript runtime.
 Hosted `web_search_call` events from a Responses gateway no longer abort the turn. Todo and plan stay in the header strip instead of duplicating into the chat. The settings gear is rotationally symmetric. Permission mode ids are unchanged.
