Second, are client prompts and documents used to train models if users create accounts on app.mikeoss.com? This language is mentioned in section 3. What about locally-hosted models?
This seems ...odd for a few reasons, not least because Mike is relying on user-provided API keys. Firms who are creating accounts and uploading client materials potentially risk violating confidentiality and data protection obligations.
