What if new was everywhere?

This thought came out of grammar difficulties, but I kinda sold myself on it. What if new ubiquitously meant "create a thing". Not necessarily limited to stuff with explicit constructors.

I know there are also thoughts around getting rid of new, but I'm wondering what people think about the opposite case.
