Are you aware of the Gramps genealogy program and have you considered making pypedal3 available as a third party addon reporting tool for Gramps?

FYI I was reading the following message on the Gramps forum asking about Pedigree collapse and my search ultimately turned up your program as potentially able to do what they I believe?

Thanks for the suggestion, I appreciate it! I know of Gramps but that's about it, and my work has focused on livestock populations rather than human ones. I'll take a look at the thread you mentioned and see how your idea might fit into my plans. At the moment, I'm still testing to make sure the Python 2-to-3 switch didn't break anything in subtle ways.

Ah, OK, I'll have to think about that. "Pedigree collapse" is, in some ways, related to pedigree completeness, but they're not the same thing.
