In the pdf of the Vortrag über Ethik, a part of translator's note 5 is displaced to immediately after the "Fußnoten" heading. The only special feature of note 5 seems to be the small caps, but I'm not sure that thay can break the handling of the notes. Small caps are generated with CSS, I'd expect the corresponding text to simply be rendered normally, without small caps. I didn't check whether the issue also comes up in the other file formats.
