Footnote 5 in the German Lecture on Ethics broken

In the pdf of the Vortrag über Ethik, a part of translator's note 5 is displaced to immediately after the "Fußnoten" heading. The only special feature of note 5 seems to be the small caps, but I'm not sure that thay can break the handling of the notes. Small caps are generated with CSS, I'd expect the corresponding text to simply be rendered normally, without small caps. I didn't check whether the issue also comes up in the other file formats.

A similar error is there in the only footnote in the pdf file for the Notes Dictated to Moore in Norway. Here the note is quite complex (images, tables, ...) but the cause of the problem might simply be the paragraph break within the MediaWiki tag.

I tried to fix this as best as I can, but for the more complex footnote in the Notes Dictated to Moore we are running up against the limitations of Markdown / Pandoc (the tool used to generate epubs from Markdown), I don't think it is possible to have a table in a footnote in the epub.
