White space when keyboard dismisses

White space appears in place for keyboard when keyboard dismisses

here are the steps to reproduce :

1. login to app - android
2. tap on any ticket
3. tap on text entry type
4. enter space by tapping on space bar
5. tap on DONE button
   keyboard area will be masked by the blank white screen
