According to the relevant policies of the China Meteorological Administration, it should be done through the official channels of CMA, and it should not apply for an additional center code. I will connect this company to confirm this issue

@amilan17 @dax The proposal has been considered by the CGMS Task Group on Satellite Data and Codes, and no objections were raised. It is fine to go ahead with entry 989 to Common Code Table C-8

@DaXu-NMIC noted that it's ok with CMA to add Tianmu originating centre, (especially if they are distributing data to WIS2 directly, but this is not in the purview of ET-Data)

Here is a quote from a IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing article: "Tianmu-1 is a small-satellite constellation of GNSS-RS operated by the Aerospace Tianmu (Chongqing) Satellite Science and Technology Co., Ltd., .... The major payload, GNOS-mini (GNOS-M) is a miniaturization version of the GNOS-II on FY-3E with some advanced features and thus can provide GNSS-RO and GNSSR observations using signals from multiple GNSS systems". So Tianmu GNOS-M (TGNOS-M) is indeed the Tianmu receiver referred to in OSCAR Space
