Second release of Cookbook (Jun-2026)

The WIS2 Cookbook is scheduled for another point-release in June 2026.

Below are the issues (relating to new recipes) that relate to the upcoming release:

• Additional Guidance for data publishers wis2-cookbook#16
• Add a recipe for migrating provision of Synoptic data from GTS to WIS2 wis2-cookbook#24
• Best practices for publishing numerical weather prediction data in WIS2 wis2-guide#158
• Create Recipe illustrating how to link from a WCMP2 record to external provenance information wis2-cookbook#46

(All these issues are tracked directly in the project backlog)
