Changes to Global Cache test descriptions imply changes to the automated scripts

PR #89 updates the Global Cache test descriptions; accounting for changes to metrics and the topic that metadata is published on.

I've not looked - but I guess this may entail changes to the automated scripts too? I don't think there's an urgent rush.

For info, here are the changes to GC metrics:

Unchanged:

• wmo_wis2_gc_downloaded_total
• wmo_wis2_gc_integrity_failed_total

Changed:

• wmo_wis2_gc_downloaded_errors_total << removed label dataserver
• wmo_wis2_gc_last_download_timestamp_seconds << renamed from wmo_wis2_gc_dataserver_last_download_timestamp_seconds, removed label dataserver

Removed:

• wmo_wis2_gc_dataserver_status_flag
• wmo_wis2_gc_no_cache_total
• wmo_wis2_gc_cache_override_total << We didn't have a Sensor Centre Global Cache when we started - but we do now!
• wmo_wis2_gc_last_metadata_timestamp_seconds << Using WME messages published by the GDC is a much better way to track when a WIS Centre last updated their discovery metadata.
