- Incoming message processing: End-to-end flow from customer message to chat reply. - Dashboard-driven messaging: Detail agent workflow for initiating messages and tracking status. - Broadcast campaigns: Outline steps for segment selection, message scheduling, and campaign analytics. - Automation bot: Rule-based keyword triggers and response workflows. - Contact management: Storage, auto-creation, and field usage for contacts. - Multi-client SaaS model: Isolation of contacts, campaigns, analytics, and numbers per client. - Message status tracking: Webhook-driven status updates and dashboard integration. - Security requirements: API token protection, webhook verification, and RBAC. - Complete system flow diagram/description.
