No registered ontologies result in error

If there are no registered ontologies, there is an error when clicking the Annotate! text.

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'getDefinition' of undefined
```

Also afterwards an empty form shows up. 

In previous versions there was a message saying please register ontologies.
