Feature description

a package that includes the gateway, such as Carbon and Discordjs

Desired solution

With the following features:

• a gateway similar to Carbon’s or the RFC described in Discordjs issue #11426
• support for both local storage and Redis
• feature parity with the Carbon and Discordjs frameworks
• the ability to compress data using algorithms or Redis
