"Toggle Metadata" button gets cut off if User Interface Settings >> Textbox greater than 10

Looks like the panels aren't resizing correctly when changing the textbox size so the "Toggle Metadata" button is getting cut off. Pretty minor issue but worth fixing when I work on OpenChords again
