Improve user interface (UI)! :)

Lots to improve in the overall LifeFLOW user experience. Here area a few ideas to start:

• Buttons should identify themselves somehow even in browsers that don't support <title> hover-over, e.g. on smartphones.
• Better button designs that clearly indicate what they do.

• • Improved browser, delete, and other buttons

• Add extended button toolbars.

• • Added creature browser which extends in the style of area navigator.

• Consider using CSS for web design and layout, instead of tables.
• Possibly declutter, or leave that to individual variations.
• etc.!!! :)

Made a number of UI improvements, now moving this to a future release so that we can continue to improve! :)
