崩溃及多线程问题

1. 在 iPhone5 机型上会 crash （可能是符号化机型架构问题）
2. 子线程 ping 主线程，timeout 这个临时变量会出现竞态问题，信号量的使用姿势可能不正确
   用 thread sanitizer 可以检测出
