TTYPE negotiation

This is more an enhancement than a issue.
The session manager doesnt do TTYPE negotiation/subnegotiation. This makes a connection to Hercules emulator, for example, to be stuck after the 'connected' response. It would be nice if it did this negotiation and sent the screen format we choose for the lpar.
I'm trying to make it work, if sucessfull, I will try to send a pull request.

No, this issue is fixed, now it negotiates the type and try to draw the screen.
Although now there is a new issue, it draws the screen 'wrong'

If I change _resetModifiedTags() to this code:

I get to the next screen:

But when I type TSO IBMUSER, I get an error on the top saying INVALID COMMAND SYNTAX:

I'm running on wsl.
I tried to run with log-level = debug. I will attach the output. I dont have other log besides this one...
