MongoDB Package Needs Alternate Installation on Ubuntu 22.04

There is no package for mongodb on Ubuntu 22.04 and therefore it cannot be installed via apt install mondogdb. An alternate method, like a container or PPA, will be required to run for this version of Ubuntu
