Converting de-identified GE MRSI data from DICOM to BIDS for use in Osprey

I am trying to analyze GE MRSI data in Osprey. I have access to the deidentfied data. However, the data are not in the P7 format but already converted to DICOM. It appears the spec2nii, as applied in BIDScoin, does not convert these into BIDS, but would need them the in the original format. Is there any option to convert the GE MRSI DICOM files? Anyone has run into this issue before and has a solution?

Hi Ellen,

I've not come across GE DICOM files before. I image they are very similar to one or both of Siemens or Philips. Are you able to share a phantom scan's data? Do you know if someone from GE, maybe Ralph Noeske, can help us with the format?
