spec2nii does not support the ISMRMRD data

The ISMRM Raw Data Format (ISMRMRD) is a common raw data format, which attempts to capture the data fields that are required to describe the magnetic resonance experiment with enough detail to reconstruct images. The spec2nii now does not support the ISMRMRD data. How about to consider supporting the ISMRMRD data?

Yes, possibly you can tell from the code that I have intended to support ISMRMRD. However, at the moment as far as I can tell no one is using ISMRMRD to store MRS data and as such I don't have any example data. If you can provide some examples which have a good chance of being a consistent implementation of MRS in ISMRMRD I'm happy to include it.

I have send some example data of ISMRMRD on a phantom to william.clarke@ndcn.ox.ac.uk. Please check whether the data is uploaded successfully.
