I really liked your thought explanation of the feature in the "Looking into the features". Good idea researching the physiochemical attributes as a sanity check. It also gives you a base line for looking for bad data.
Nice use of plots Box plot and matrix. I particularly like the plot of White Wine vs Red Wine Correlation
I didn't see and modeling actually in your notebook. That said I am expecting that you plan to combine your red and white data test against the labeling. I would be interested in seeing if you ran k means to and it seemed to line up with the features from lasso.
